Every time when bigger home appliances (refrigerator or outdoors 500w halogen lamp) gets turn on or off i hear some click sound on tv speakers. The sound is not disturbing but that sound triggers the audio limiter in tv so it lowers the tv sound for some 10-20 seconds and then slowly returns to normal level.
This click also happens on my hi-fi speakers but they don't have limiter
Turning off audio limiter on tv is not the option because some channels are quiet and some are very loud so the limiter bring them to same level.
Is there some schematic for tv-220 AC supply which can eliminate that noise caused by big home appliances?

Yep, get a good power conditioner/surge suppressor.

Try to avoid Monster stuff, it's generally a rip-off IMO.
I've had a Tripp Lite LCR-2400 for about a year or so, although I'm not sure if they still make it. It was the largest rackmount suppressor they made. Anyway, I've found it to work very well.
