I couldn't find any topics related to this via the search function, even though it seems like a basic question that would be asked a lot. Anyway I will post it.
I'm having a couple friends over this weekend and I decided that I would dust off the old OHP and panel to show them. I hadn't really messed with it in a couple months, but I order a couple new OHP bulbs from Cousinsvideo which already arrived (great service btw).
So my real question is what is the proper way to clean off my LCD panel. Any suggestions. Use windex and paper towels, soft dish cloth? I know that will be fine for the glass parts but what about for the actual LCD. I'm pretty sure I shouldn't use clothes or paper towels and windex on the LCD. Am i correct? Would like a cloth made to clean glasses work well? What solution should I use. Thanks for answering a born again newbie's questions. I haven't posted on this forum in over 6 months, at least!!!

Yes a soft cloth is good.
I would just use distilled water. if you have oily fingerprints on it , then add a little dishwashing soap to the mix, just a drop or two, and then wash it off with pure distilled water.
