class-d pwm car amp

i'm new here
wan to start a project to make a class-d car amp so far i've read class-d is mostly use coz high efficiency n low power since the car's batt only 12v
anyone hav any circuit diagrams on this project?

The really high power car amps whether they are class D or other have a power supply that steps up the 12V to something higher to get more power. Even with class D you can't over come the physics that 12V and say 2ohm can only get you so much power. There are some simple 12V class D chips out there (TI, National) that might be just fine for you. Building a power supply is not really a noob project unless there are some nice kits. I don't know if kits like this exist. All of the kits I have seen for car amps just use the battery voltage.

And for info, car battery voltage is 12.6V when the engine is not running and 14.4V when it is.
