Class D module with differential input?

Hi all

Is anyone aware of a ready-built Class D module that will accept a differential input, preferably mono? Power supply would be a 14.8V lithium battery. 5-20W would be adequate. I want to interface a Qualcomm QC3008 and would prefer not to have to build a separate opamp stage.

The 'P' ending on the part number indicates its a digital input.
