I am not familiar with IRFB2247 and cannot find any data on it.
The IR21531 is an excellent driver with built in self oscillating pre driver. It will work the high side up to 450Volts.

Yes, Andrewlebon. I traveled a lot in class at Irs900 but it worked before. But I did not love him. I need a 2000-3000w scheme that really works. But he must be able to land at 30Hz. When we look at this chart, the Lm311 is working with 2x10V. I guess the duty cycle signal range can be lowered so that I hear the need to make it wider. So I'll do to meet the amplifier 5000w.
Note : In the raster file you have assembled the pcb drawing for you

I found such a scheme. I did not simulate. Do you work with Irfb4227 and 2x75volt if I draw pcb?
It's possible, more-or-less, however layout is terrible.

Quite interesting circuit in it's simplicity, however IR2153 is definitely not optimised for audio purposes (high dead time, and low gate current). But still the automatically starting oscillation is an interesting feature, and UCD feedback may help to keep distortion at acceptable level. With some tuning it can be a nice and simple DIY project for sub application.
