Hi zenmasterbrian,
We understand your message. You do not have to make the same point over and over. I assume you are just cutting and pasting.
It is painfully obvious that you do not like the way a public forum works, and that is too bad. Most of our members have their questions answered and learn in the process. I am not entirely sure what outcome you are looking for here. I am forming the opinion the you might wish a design to be handed to you already tested. Please correct me if I am wrong.
All due respect,
-Chris

Most of our members would just attempt the project at this point in time. I have interpreted your statements to mean that you want to build this one time, in a working state. At this point, may I ask how much experience or knowledge you have with respect to circuit design? This will allow us to understand your viewpoint more completely.I am not a teenager anymore. I have a higher expectation for the quality of the result.
You have shown more disrespect for other members than the other way around. You are dictating your needs, not interacting. This forum may not be as useful to you as it is to others. I can accept that.If its not possible to have respectful topical discussion
All due respect,
-Chris
Your schematics, will be added to our own. You will do our research, for us.... your skill, will be our skill, resistance is futile, you will be zenmastilated.

This is completely preposterous.
Anatech, I'm only responding to you because you are a moderator.
Let this thread sit. Don't post more meta because that obscures the topic.
Let it sit until one of us comes up with more material about 23.5khz exposure.

o oh here we go again😀
P.S. Warning listening and prolonged exposure to class D amps and SMPS can lead to infertility
LOL

kvholio and audiomachines, there is not reason you need to be posting here.
If you have and are willing to contribute something topical, great.
If not, that's OK too. But then you don't need to post here. It just forces me to restate the topic, *again*.
So lets just let this thread sit.
Eventually one of us will come up with more material about what precident there is for an acceptable level of 23.5khz ultrasonic exposure.

Brian (I assume that's your name),
I followed this thread some time and I have the impression you again and again hit a wall of frustration. I think part of that is because you seem to try to direct this thread, telling people they don't need to post, telling people to "let it sit" until some valid input (and who decides that it is a avalid input? you?), but that is not how these forums work.
Indeed, nobody needs to post, not even you. On the other hand, anybody CAN post here, whether you or me or anyone likes it or not.
Its a give and take, both on the content level as well as in the personal appreciation level. You would probably enjoy it more and get more out of it once you are able to accept that.
Just trying to be helpfull. You obviously are a smart guy and your expertise is more than welcome here, but I feel you're not giving us a change to appreciate and , yes, disagree.

This is topical discussion. It is not open to just anything.
Likewise, there are 1200 other class d threads if people want to talk about other things.
A bunch of people are posting stuff here that is not topical, but is just belligerance. That stuff should have been deleted a long time ago. It obscures the topic and discourages topical posters.
Some people have taken issue with the focus of this thread, class D frequency, and 23.5khz as a possibility.
Where they have been willing to engage in reasonable discussion, I have done so. I am not prepared to debate them on every single issue, nor is there any reason to, nor would it be appropriate to.
When these persons have have gone beyond reasoned discussion, I have, and will continue to, reminded them that there is no reason for them to be posting here.
The topic of this thread is one that will likely take time to address. But I am confident that if this thread can stay open, and free of irrelevant and negative meta, then it will prove highly productive.
So lets let this thread sit now, with the open question about the physiological and environmental limits of 23.5khz exposure.
Eventually one of us will come up with some additional relevant material.

I think a more appropriate question would be the physiological and environmental effect of ultrasonic frequency exposure AT a specific range of SPLs. Such a question doesn't even belong in this forum, so please post it in a more appropriate venue or have this thread moved there.

... and of course it is YOU deciding in all these cases? You try to take over this forum or what?
As I said, just trying to be helpfull. And failing, obviously. Sigh.

janneman, this thread proved more difficult than I had anticipated because some people really are hostle to the idea of a lower switching frequency or BJTs.
Originally I'd discuss it with them, but when they resorted to pure belligerance, I returned to a more strict topical interpretation.
If they don't like the topic, they should be posting else where.
