Hi,
I need a class D amplifier that works at 60kHz as a piezo driver
I was not able to find a popular chip in my location so it should be made of transistors.
Thanks

Just for a project😀
Well a piezo speaker looks more like a capacitor than a inductor and resistor like a dynammic speaker using a voice coil. Not sure how Class D would hanlde this load plus a piezo is more efficient than a dynamic so fi you want Class D for efficiency you may not need it really. Maybe someone who has tried to do what you are can give some input.

Curious to know what kind of project it is.
Is building the amp yourself a requirement of the project or are you just trying to save some money. Otherwise, any old amp will do if all your doing is driving a piezo. But you need to add a resistor at least, or you could burn up an amp, Class D or otherwise.

Do you just want to reproduce 60 kHz constantly and nothing else ?
In this case there are simpler solutions than a class d amp.
How about a switching stage (50% duty cycle) followed by a tank circuit ? The latter could even be used to transform the audio to a higher voltage if needed.

Some kind of mosquito or rat repellent? Why don't use simple signal generator?
Or it is just project?
Or it is just project?
Piezo driver
Hi !
You could look into Apex Micortechnology, they had good class D
piezo driver.
