class d amplifier design issues

I want to know what causes mosfet to heat in idle mode..no input no output filter..
Even though output filter is connected then also mosfet anf output fets will heat enormously..
Using a design on lower voltage works fine but on higger voltage these problems occur.
My question is , Why?
Any suggestion or explaination is highly appreciated.
I am a newbie to class d and seeking help from this forum but have not been helped much..hope to gain more help this time

I will post pictures tomorow..
Supply 58-0-58..i had problem everything was fine..amp worked on resistor load correctly but when i used it with 300w subwoofer IR2110 CD4049 & supply resistors of 12volt bias blew..
And can IR2110 drive 2pairs of FDP2532 without buffer at 58-0-58 dc supply voltage??

2 pairs of 79A mostfets .... why? What do you intend to drive?
To drive a sub one pair should be more than enough.

Ciss is rather high for these FETs, and it is probably stretching it to drive 2 pairs directly with the IR2110 at high frequencies.
Skip one pair and / or lower the freq.

And don't go higher than the 58-58V you are running now with 150V fets.

I want to use the amp with 2ohms load...i intend to use the amp on 275khz...can it work on this frequency with 55-0-55 dc voltage????
And are FDP2532 good for class d amp???
Plz answer both questions
Regards

Yes as I read the specs, the fets should do allright, though they are a little heavy to drive (Ciss).
275 kHz should be fine.

You need to look at a scope to find out what is heppening ....

And start with a lower supply voltage ... say +-35V DC

I have used the amp at 190-200khz
I need to change the inverter ic to increasre the frequency..
Can i use these fets with 275khz on 2ohms load?
And can i use 2pairs directly on IR2110?
