Hi all, Need help to understand a few bits in a new project Im working on at the moment, after have seen this webpage:
Microcontroller
and have my wonderful Creative Gigaworks S750 subwoofer+amp blown way, quit long time now, I was looking for a good usage for the nice speakers set, but not suscessfully at the moment... as the project above gave me the push I was looking for... with the opportunity to install this amplifier inside each speaker case and the possiblity to run it on rechargeable batteries and on mains all in one single case, it can also allow me to add a bluetooth connection and FM receiver to each speaker... Need to understand how to design a good tone/volume control if the case of going wireless on each speaker...
So need help from you guys to refine this project as to choose the best components and arrangement for the project, (i.e cani use the pod controller from the the original Gigaworks design? I wioll need to put together a small central box to control the volume and tone on each transmission cahnnel? how do it with a low noise interference?
Any tips comments are very welcome
Thanks

There was another thread about this recently. I'll repeat what I said there and mention that the design you linked to does NOT include any type of negative-feedback. In other words, useless for anything but a learning exercise .

There are literally dozens of small Class-D IC's to choose from that would be infinitely better suited to the task.
