Hello there. I want to ask if anyone can help me get a volume pot like this from my little amp. Its reference is A20k ohm. I can´t find them with 20mm from the top of the shaft to the end of the thread

Many standard pots (with a 1/4" dia shaft) have a 3/8" long bushing and a 3/8" long shaft (0.750" total).
That's close to the 20mm (0.787") that you mentioned.

I have searched everywhere and I could not find one that is a20k. I have seen b20k. Don't know if it will make a big difference cause one is linear and the other one is a log pot.
Do you want a single or dual pot? Log or linear? Shaft flatted, round, or knurled? Shaft 1/8" or 1/4" dia?

So a stereo volume control, pcb mount, and has to be the same form factor to fit the panel.
Those are on many China audio related pcbs that I've seen. If you can't find the control separately,
just buy something like one of these, and remove the pot you want from the board.
There is a 50k stereo volume pot on this board.

yeh i have searched a lot on aliexpress but i can´t find one with the exact dimensions and resistance.
22 kΩ would be fine. As would 10 kΩ very likely.
Instead of Alibaba, try a reputable distributor like RS Components or Farnell.
