Hi the circuit I'm working with is attached and the other is a screenshot of what I wanted to do exactly but I think there is wrong wiring.
This is a source cross-coupled amplifier that "supposively" I did the schematic; 100pF load need to connect to find the gain but the problem is the W/L need to adjust such a way that the quiescent current is IDD|opamp less than or equal to 500 mA

I think this actually belongs in the "Solid State" section of the forums 🙂
If you'll read the name of this sub-forum carefully, it's "Class D", and not all (amplifier) classes were created equal 😉

Looks like a homework problem in a grad school class about "Analog VLSI design". BEWARE that M11 and M1 might not have the same Vsb since their sources are at different potential. So their matching might not be too good. (the body effect). Same goes for M3 and M4.
Thanks Mark Johnson!, This was a homework I got wrong. I am not too familiar with this kind of circuit. Told instructor about this, and said I could do something "small and simpler circuit", but the thing is don't know how I can do one as such since it specifies what it needs.
Khron, Yeah I will post this in the solid state thread.
