I don't think there are any ClassA balanced opamps.
Maybe a thorough search will pull something out, but I doubt it.

Most balanced receivers and transmitters are ClassAB with a tiny to small amount of ClassA current capability.

You could read Pass for balanced topologies and Jung, Self, ESP, Rane & Jensen for implementing balanced configurations.
If ClassA is important then a discrete opamp may give what you need.
