but you'll not hear much since it puts out 2.5W into 8ohms from +24Vdc.
into 4ohms from 12Vdc it will manage less than 1/3W.

But if you try replacing the 15r with a 2A to 3A CCS you may find it will drive 4ohm speakers to some volume.
 
I know I am murdering the spelling here but Andrew Curnoff
had an amp on his web page designed for car use. It used
an inductor as the load in the drain circuite but the high curent
low dcr inductor would be hard to find and expensive.
 
I put the infamous Mini-A boards in a pair of Monolithic A501 heatsinks. The PS needed some filtering with the Mini-A boards (the Monolithic boards had filtering on them).

Right now I am (will be) using my HSS Fidelity HT230 on my horns...class A tube amp for the car.
