The PS FETs have failed. It's likely that the gate resistors have failed as well.
Remove the PS FETs and then check the gate resistors.

The PS fets are obscured by 4 large capacitors so no damage was visible and there were no other signs of failure. I pulled all 6 fets and Q825 had exploded.
The gate resistors measure between 100 and 99 ohm
Power supply fets are ndp6060

The Z44N should work with the 100 ohm gate resistors.
The 3205s would require replacing the gate resistors. 47 ohm resistors are commonly used with 3205s.

Hi Perry the IRF744n's read 0 ohms from centre leg to the heatsink they're fixed to. Is this OK?
Reason I ask is the securing screws have a nylon washer and the Z44's are thermally insulated from the heatsink so just want to be sure before powering up.
