Anyone know where I can purchase these or know of a good alternative?

I just noticed that the symmetry I’m working on these are missing

If they don't have what you need, do an image search for:

I’m assuming that this one is grounded through the case ? I was gonna see if I could make some standoffs.
but wondering if this location needs to be grounded to the case of the eq

If it's already connected, it probably won't benefit from a second connection to the chassis.

Is there a hole under the via in the photograph you posted?

I don't think I'd ground it again (risking a ground loop) but there are nylon standoffs that will give additional support.

If you find that it needs a connection to ground, you could always use a wire to make the connection.

These are common in desktop computers to support the motherboards.
The threaded metal ones are hard to find here...
