I'm looking for a 15" woofer for a new pair of speakers. I want an F3 of 30 Hz (built), better yet, 25 Hz, "probably" in a vented box, but sealed is fine, too. Crossover at about 150 Hz or less to the upper bass driver. I would like to have a box of less than or equal to about eight cubic feet (<= 8 C.F.) (about 2' x 2' x2'). One woofer left and one right - not a single, and not "multiple".
I'm aware of JBL 2226 - doesn't go low enough. Aware of Dayton 15" - not available. Eminence - I haven't seen "the one".
Anyone have another idea?

Active or passive? How does your room look like, what sensitivity is the mid and what amplification setup do you have in mind? SPL preference?
Active, MiniDSP probably, and a class D on the low end. Passive above.
"Room" is an "open" floor plan, going up to the second floor, but not a huge space. I do like to listen loud sometimes, but a couple of good 15's which go low will be plenty for my home. "Go low" is the operative term.

Beyma SM 115K (great value) or PD 1550 ultimate sound...
I have attached some sims showing the Beyma SM115K and the Precision Devices PD 1550. Both are great sound quality when used in sealed box with DSP and active amplification.
You can ignore the other 3 drivers in the sims, they are best used in the 80Hz to 600Hz band, Vs the sub 120Hz band.
I dont like ported/back loaded horns/transmission line/ passive radiators so cant comment on they sound used in these delayed resonance/time domain distorted loading.

Beyma SM115K and 15LX60V2. but I would prefer Faital Pro 15FH520 or 15PR400. Bob Crites CW1526C is also a good woofer for the money.
