Building a 6V6 balanced amplifier with XSM10K/10K at input, chassis is connected to safety earth but GND is nowhere connected at safety earth.
I wonder what is the best option for chokes /input transformers frames and transformers covers (steel), regarding magnetic shielding.

The Earth is connected to chassis ONLY. All your chokes, transformers etc to chassis. So indirectly all your iron is connected to earth.

Frames should be connected to chassis.
Chassis should be connected to mains earth.
Circuit GND is usually connected to chassis, often near the audio input.

Sorry, I forgot to say there is some plywood inside the chassis, choke/transformers are not in contact with the chassis.
So I will "connect" them to the chassis (at mains earth).
