I've ordered 'pulls' from this seller. 'Pulls' are semiconductors that were part of a manufactured item. When the item is worth less than the parts in it, the parts are sometimes puled and sold individually. All of the 'pulls' from this seller appear new. I purchased the UPC1318AV from them (3pcs) and they were not pulls. The leads had never been soldered into a board. None of the ICs worked. Reading resistance between various legs indicated that it was nothing like the internal circuitry of a working IC.
If the ICs you get don't work, you'll likely get a refund but it's probably not worth the effort for a chip amp.
