Hi folks,
Has anyone ever seen or heard of Chinese caps labeled:
CJ41-2
I'd like to know more about them, and if they are suitable for hifi coupling caps from input stage to driver stage in my monoblocks.
ThX!

Do you have any more info on these? Picture?
I bought a Chinese 'amp kit' a couple of months ago and the caps supplied were a mixture of used caps which might have been authentic European stuff and other new caps with suspiciously faint and smeared printing....I chucked the lot and used new caps - which may well be Chinese-made - from my usual supplier.
For a few dollars it's not worth the aggravation, IMO.
I do like RussianPIO caps, but that's a different thing altogether.....

Used in very nice Australian Meloldy monoblocks. But I have to wonder if they are really capable of great sound quality.

These are clones of Russian military caps, I have bunch and some of them are quite good. Can't say how these would be, depends a lot on the construction (film or foil), the dielectric, and how much capacitance to the case there might be.
