ebay has a bunch of them for ~ $10 - some suppliers say theirs are genuine Toshiba for $20. Anybody have any experience with these?

The Linear System's devices are in current production. If you need thru-hole JFETs, a pair of well matched LSK170C will replace a single 2SK389V.
