Check if LU1014D is genuine?

I bought some lu1014D on ebay a couple of years ago.
But how can I check if they are genuin?
I have a bench supply and a scope and a dmm.
Is this enough to test them?

You could build Michael Rothacher's FrankenTracer and curve trace them. It's quite simple to build with not many parts. Even couple of curves for each device can provide you with confidence that the device works as it should.

While not certain, i believe no one reported fake lu1014d. It has not been widely used part to create profit from making counterfeit.

Mr. Nelson has simple way to match them at current load. Look it up. For F1J or F3.
