Just found this PCB while browsing TI's site and figured I would pass on the info for anyone experimenting or planning on building a "CMOY" style headphone amp.
The PCB is only $5 and allows for pretty much any dual channel op-amp configuration....
FREE DEM-OPA-SO-2A - DEM-OPA-SO-2A - TI Tool Folder
There is also a single channel version....
DEM-OPA-SO-1A Unpopulated PCB Compatible w/High Speed Wide Bandwidth Op Amps in 8-lead SOIC (D) Pkg - DEM-OPA-SO-1A - TI Tool Folder

Some begginers might be put off by the fact it's surface mount, but that shouldn't stop them.
The very first kit I ever put together nearly 7 years ago was SMD; never soldered through-hole let alone SMD before that. It turned out well for a first project and I'm glad I jumped right in the SMD waters, head first.

do keep in mind those that are beginners building this, that you should either omit or increase substantially the input resistors R1 a/b and reduce or omit the output damping resistors R7a/b if running anything but rather high impedance headphones. the board as shown is designed for 50ohms input and output for measurement purposes

Could someone answer a question for me, please? In the docs for this board, what is the rectangular "glue area" shown on the PCB bottom view?

Ha, that had me stumped as well. 😱
