What is the maximum board size you can produce ?
I'm after some that are 500mm x 160mm with some very detailed 0.2mm parallel traces. There are a lot of between pad tracks too.

The presented DEMO BOARD , has 40 x 30 mm.........but I can make also smaller.
But any boards ( single layer ) , under 67 cm2 has a flat cost : 2,5 Euro / board.
Can not be many boards on the same panel ( because could be pads and traces errors)

Sorry !!! .......I had in mind that you talk about smaller size .......... now I saw.
So 500 x 160 ....is OK ! for me.
Please send the file of pcb 500x 160 by e-mail.
Is very difficult to tell you the price , because is not depend only of board size.

Only if you have the pcb , ready to be made. ( jpeg 600 dpi at least , pdf , ExpressPCB , Eagle , DipTrace ) ..............
