I have been in search of cheap output stages...


1stly i want to know what differs mosfets appart..

can i stick any mosfet in substitution if it meets reqirements like

max current.. breakdown voltages...RDS... Power dissispation...Vds... gfs...

im reading dis off the rs cataloge... what does VDS RDS and GFS stand for?
