Cheap I/C idea

I'd just like to share this idea for some phono I/C's.

I made my own I/C's using 3 strands of 20AWG teflon covered silver plated multi strand copper wire. Plaited together in a R over L - L over R pattern. All inserted into some clear 7mm air line tube, with some Shark phono connectors. 1 strand for the ground, 2 for the centre conductor. All in, about $14 a pair. And guess what... They perform just as well if not better than any expensive cable I have ever tried in my system, even run parallel to high current power cables supplying inductive loads.

There is no scientific reason behind this configuration. I don't have a degree in physics. Just a basic knowledge of electronics & aeronautical engineering.
I just tried the idea, and it worked as advertised. They add nothing, nor take anything away from the sound, which is how the perfect cable should perform.

I'll post some pics when I get chance and I'll try and get hold of the part numbers of all the bits.

Regards,

Chris.
