These are not advertised as polyprops. What makes you think they are? Sorry if that's a dumb question but i've never seen Fostex caps.
I've only ever seen these in loudspeaker crossovers myself and had always assumed by the shape that they were Polypropylene 😕

sorry - you are correct that they don't specify the plastic used.
i was excited at the low cost of these large non-electrolytic caps, which are a great deal for crossover components irrespective of whether they are polypropelene or polystyrene or whatever.
when mine arrive i'll read the product code and look up the details before reporting back.
they'll probably all be sold by then though....
