Not often I'll agree with Jocko, now I do. 
Why don't people have any imagination of addtional costs in business area, like development, marketing, housing etc?
I think it's perfectly natural for Hypex to deliver customer special products. I do it in work also, products which are tweaked a bit and only sold to a specific customer.
