I recently bought a new cd-player with a different clock frequency than my old one, which I had upgraded with a LC Clock XO3. I was hoping to continue useing the XO and thought about changing the microprocessor crystal on the pcb with a new one, but are not sure if that would be sufficient. The old was at 24,5mhz and the new is at 16mhz. Any idea??
If so, any idea which crystal oscillator would be recommended?

For your XO3 you should use the Xtal you are going to remove from your new CD player.
