An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
See if you can get the specs, hifiengine or vinylengine.
The pot does not look like it a high powered pot, based on the numbers it looks to be a 500 ohm pot.
Trying to find a pot that would be physically equivalent might pose a problem.
Look at standard sources like Mouser,Dig-key,Farnell etc.
Try cleaning the pot first with Deoxit fader lube

cheers, yes ive cleaned them twice.i have a very slight speed wobble,if i try to adjust the speed,it slowly creeps to the left,if i correct it it slowly creeps to the right,if i get it right it wobbles backwards and forwards, both on 33 and 45rpm.
i think these would work. http://www.mouser.co.uk/Search/Prod...tualkey65210000virtualkey652-PDB241E425K504A2

The Pots you link yo are 500k (500,000 Ohms) whereas I agree with rsavas, I think you need a 500 Ohm Pot.
Why not use a Multi-Turn Pot? Might not 'drift' as much.
VISHAY - 534B1501JLB - POTENTIOMETER, 2W 500R | CPC UK
Otherwise, some others to choose from...........
500ohm Rotary Potentiometers | CPC UK
Or....................................
Potentiometers | RS Components
