+60% speed
Hi djdan,
Install a clock with 60% higher frequency.
If you want it variable make a clock with VCO. See application note 12 on www.linear.com. though I doubt you can pull the crystalfrequency that much. Is it for dj use?😉

Thank you for answere !
I don't want to make variable. I want to make a master CD-player for a cassette duplication sistem wich use normal home cassette recorders with some change at tape speed. It is a school project for my brother.
Why 60% ? Becouse is the good compromise speed/sound quality, using non-pro equipment.
When you say clock , do you mean 70 Khz ?
Regards !

I have seen standard cd players fitted with an aftermarket added master clock oscillator module providing +/- 20% playback speed.
I doubt that the tracking and focus servos would cope with +60%
however.
Eric.
