can anyone tel me if its possible to fit a smaller lcd screen to a circuit board of a larger lcd?

just count the pins on the ffc cables. if they are the same, then maybe.
but maybe driver boards are very company specific?
but i would imagine, the larger the lcd screen, the more voltage from the driver board? i'm not qualified to answer, just experiment.
