Change gain unity

Hello,
I have a custom rotary mixer with 50k log taper pots with the unity gain at the end of the turn, 10 (5 o'clock), This is not very comfortable for me so I would like to change the unit at 7.5 (2 o'clock). Is it possible?
Thanks.

Thanks for the answers. What I want is to keep the same degrees of rotation and that 0 (7 o'clock) remains the maximum left turn and 10 (5 o'clock) the rotation stop, like now, but with the unit at 7.5 (2 -3 o'clock), from 7.5 to 10 a slight boost.
This may be achieved by changing the opamp for another of another power or by changing the value of the pot, this being more difficult because it is a log taper. But I’m no sure if it is possible.

If we had the circuit it would be possible to talk about changes.

No, it is not "another opamp or pot". If it indeed has opamps then you could change resistors values.

It seems you want more gain. Frankly this may be easier to find in auxiliary equipment than this "custom rotary mixer". Put the knob straight up, listen. Ask yourself "how much more gain do I need for happiness?" If "7dB" then add a 7dB amplifier after this mixer.

How is the cat?
