I recently began my speaker restoration journey after picking up a pair of ROR Series D speakers (a boutique brand from the 70s-80s out of NYC) at a thrift shop. While restoring those the bug bit me and I picked up a pair of TDL RTL1s off marketplace to restore as well. I'm excited to get into the space and learn more about DIY audio!

Ah no, this was a small brand from NYC (see the couple pre-restoration pics attached). Here's a thread about them from AK. Pretty nice detailed sound actually, apparently they were used as monitors in a lot of the recording studios in the area back in the day
