CD Restoration

I thought I would share my CD restoration method. this method can make a very scratched CD LOOK and sound like new again.

You will need:

T-cut original auto paint renovator
2 clean cloths
household polish

First, apply T-cut and polish out scratches in circles for a few minutes until all large scratches are gone; then rinse CD under tap; then buff with A LITTLE household polish in order to fill in the small hairline scratches caused by the T-cut..

I swear this method has CD's looking like new again.. it is an especially good method to use on very scratched CD's..

Step two.

Copy the restored disc contents to a new disc before the household polish quits.

I don't understand what you mean?

A small amount of polish fills in the small scratches... it doesn't come off or quit?

Don't ask me why but you shouldn't use any silicon polish on anything connected with hi-fi.
