I was listening to Ray Charles recent duets disk and thinking that they did a great job with the sound quality but on some songs I easily hear digital clipping.
I guess from studio to production you only need one a**hole to ruin things.

Unfortunately many more examples are out there.
Here's a screenshot of the actual clipping. Note that clipping occurs just below 0dBFS. This album has thus been hard limited to the maximum.
