Thought I might throw this out there and see what modifications anyone has done with these speakers?
Hi thanks for the reply yes I have seen the thread, it really is covering replacement drivers their parameters etc.
My nephew has just bought a pair (his 1st real set of hifi speakers) I was wondering if anyone had worked on the crossovers/cabs/wiring etc. There is very little written about them anywhere on line except people who own(ed) them like them.
I know Winslow audio will upgrade with bespoke crossovers Morel caw 638 and scanspeak 2905 tweeters. This equates to a considerable cost.
As for pics next time I visit I will take some pics including crossovers.

Most people would be very happy with a pair of Chesters
in original full working order. You would have to be quite
talented and know what you are doing to "improve" them.
