Does anyone have a Carver C-500 schematic? This amplifier seems to be an updated Phase Linear 400II.

Guys - Help would be appreciated if anyone is familiar with old carver amps.
I have aquired two c-500 power amps. One channel partly works however the others does not.
I am planning to repair.
Does anyone have a schematic? If not I will back engineer one.
Do anyone know what the output devices are? All 20 output devices on each of my amps bear the same code; C1000. However I can not trace that device. If possible I would like to replace all output transistors/fets ( I am not sure what they are at the moment )with new devices. Otherwise I expect a schematic or back engineered drawing will show me what is required.
