ok understood, i made a jig that allows you to lift the front plate up straight ,not allowing it to turn. the reason for taking the front off is one magnet is loose, i will re glue it. But my question is , is the membrane glued to the bottom half. i took a 30 inch ribbon apart glued two magnets and put it back together with no jig and it worked, i know the 60 inch has a bigger magnetic field, but with my jig it will come up slowley and not turn, which causes the damage.
