audiophiles and masters even beginners out there! hope y'all can help me.. i have this garrard TT model 4HF(H). im planning to install a new cartridge and i was adviced to use Shure's M25C but its kinda enxpensive for me and its spherical and is for DJ use...my inexpensive alternative is Shure's M92E...its for home use and it's biradial (for accurately tracing grooves?) but the tracking force is limited up to 1.5 grams only (M25C is up to 3 grams). my tonearm is i think a high mass one...is it still ok to use M92E considering stylus and record wear and of course sonic quality? (though im not into a perfect sound, just a good clean music will do). or should i start saving now for an M25C or other expensive models? btw, i live here in the philippines and i think the stocks of phonograph accessories here are very limited and costly..
