Okay guys, I need some help..trying to figure out what I need to buy so I can replace this. Mg1 311 is printed on it but I can't locate anything? I'll post pics. Its a snap-on timing gun, I know it's not car audio but I also know there are some people on here that will know what I need! Thanks guys

Nah, what happened was the traces burned on the back of the board..I retraced it and it popped the cap. It still comes on and works, I just wanna replace it! Okay Perry I will pull it out and check. Only thing visable I could see was the mg1 311
As far as value, if that's a 3 digit code then you need a .00031uf capacitor (or 310pf). Not sure what voltage, you should be able to figure that out by measuring the circuit when it's on.
How did you determine C6 is the same value as the burned capacitor?
I seen it B4 it fried. It had the same numbers on it as c6
. I'm having trouble finding a replacement.. idk exactly what kinda capacitor it is. Coupling cap maybe? TBH I have never seen one like it. Are there any numbers on it underneath or elsewhere? C6's marking of 311 seems unlikely for a capacitance value of 310pF, as it's not a standard value (see Wikipedia link) . C4 next to it says 102 which is 1000pF, a larger value. If C6 and C4 have the same voltage rating (admittedly a questionable assumption), the 1000pF would be physically larger.
When you pull it out, measure its value. Many models of inexpensive DMMs have capacitance measuring capability. Buy or borrow one.

It looks like these, you've got plenty to choose from:
