Has anyone tired "Capacitor K73P-4 250V 6uF USSR"? just bought it for my crossover project at ebay Capacitor K73P 4 250V 6uF USSR Lot of 4 Pcs | eBay

but after i bought this cap, I found the review from http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/tubes-valves/115744-russian-pio-caps-should-i-use-them.html

K31, SSG, SGM, KSO - mica, some types with silver - good
K40 - PIO - very good
MBGxx, KBG-xx, OMBG - PIO
K42, MBM, BM-x - paper (w/o oil ??)
K70, K71 - Polystyren ("polystirol") - good
K72, FT - teflon ("ftoroplast") - THE BEST
K73 - Polythelene Teraphthalate film ("lavsan") - poor
K75 - combined Paper+Film (Polythelene Teraphthalate??, with or w/o oil??)
K76 - Laquer film
K78 - Polypropilen

it says "K73 - Polythelene Teraphthalate film ("lavsan") - poor"

Should I buy another cap?

Since you have these caps why don't you try them-I think you will find them very good. You are not going to find 6uF in teflon too easily! I (and many others) have used K73-16 which are tremendously good and these should be similarly so. You could also try Russian KBG paper in oil, which are also easily available in 6uF and inexpensive.
