Capacitance Multiplier, Caps?

For my JLH 2x10Watt I want to make this Capacitance Multiplier (fig. 2):

Will it be a good solution with 2x6800uF?

How many uF do I need for the high-power (2x40W) version of this amp?

My 'rule of thumb' for the JLH with a capacitance multiplier, or regulated, power supply is for the reservoir capacitors on each rail to have a value of 10,000uF per 1A of quiescent current. If you want to discuss any aspect of the JLH please feel free to email me.
