Will a capacitance multiplier work as a ripple filter....I am trying to measure millivolt range voltages so was wondering if a capacitance multiplier would work ?

The capacitance multiplier is a active filter, transistor gain, your readings will be misguiding,
You need a passive filter

What are you talking about? 😕 As I understand TS needs ripple filter and CM is a ripple filter (with powerful enough transistor).
