"NP" must mean non-polar.
It seems to have sealed ends, but not "hermetic glass"....they seem rubbery (black and glossy).
Are these just older bi-polar aluminum electrolytics ?
I've got about 40 of them.

If they are old and either tantalum or electrolytic they probably aren't going to be of much use.
