As per title. Anybody know the cap head screw size for krell ksa 150 buss board? There are 8 of them.

An 7/64 Allen key fits, I measure diameter to be 3.5mm and 7.5mm long. Thread is coarse.

Being from a USA manufacturer and that a 7/64 allen key fits confirms it is very likely to be an inch/imperial size bolt.
UNC 6-32 is very close to your measured size.
But I'd expect the actual thread diameter to be around 3.35mm (0.132") to 3.4mm (0.134").
Check the thread pitch is 32tpi. Inch, Metric, BA and others all look very different when using a thread gauge up to the light.
