Can't insert image with a link from picture hoster :(

Impossible to paste the said link in the blue zone - as it is feasible on other website offering the same facility. Why ?

If I use the code to insert the link, it works, but it's not very user friendly...

Paste the image location in your post. Place a IMG surounded with these brackets [___] in front and back of the string. Voila.

I can't show the string without the forum hiding it.

Many sites won't allow their images to show directly on another site. Others will, but won't work with the standard address.

In any case, diyAudio prefers you to attach images to your post here, rather than linking from other sites. This way they are kept safely with the post.
