I think for your budget the Arylic Bluetooth preamp would be best since you want Bluetooth only. What @Binod Prasad suggested are pretty steep.
It was my understanding that Aptx was the lower distortion of the bluetooth formats

Aptx is very old Audiosciencereview.com measured distortion on it that is not present on even older sbc or the contemporary LDAC.
Newer Aptx HE and Aptx adaptive may be the best available now. LC3 is coming, which has a lot of benefits and license free in itself, but I dont know if hi res codecs are available for it.

One of my club boys gave me his FiiO K5 Pro which he was not using. Thats what Im on these days.
Still trying to figure out how to wire it up to REW to test my various DIY amps.
It may not be the best but you cant beat free. Even though it has an input RCA for some reason the input does not show up in windows so I cant use it with REW. May need to get a USB sound card.
