Hi,
Can wireless subwoofer be done with DIY? What are the ways to transmit and receive audio?
Bluetooth and its low latency version have too much latency to be useful, I know wireless consumer subwoofer products are already available but I am wondering how they go about 30ms of latency.
Is there any elegant and simple solution?
Warm Regards,

If you are using an AV amp then see if you can set the subs distance to 10 metres to allow for delay.
Listening to just music, not as much as a issue.
For movies and gaming some devices will add a little compensation.
So it is really up to a buyer to see what your AVR is capable of.
Most my cables are less than a meter no more than 1.3 meters.
So I dont really care about blue tooth for home theatre.
Whatever cheapo bluetooth sub my old roomate had.
Im sure it was horrible to average. never had a issue with noticeable latency.
Actually it opened up the most fun I had with room placement of a sub.
In reality you still have a power cord to the sub, so who cares.
Wireless is a waste of time. the sub is near the TV with a zillion other wires.
Same with room placement experiments. not really the wild science people like to make it.

Hi , recommend to use this fully wifi streaming, app control, good re-connectivity, set up and forget. Need additional DAC , you can use the DAC from Arylic. - See the other discussion threads with more information on this. Available through Indian dealer online.
