That resistor in the middle doesn’t really look cooked to me. But the two 3300 ohm SMDs do. So which ones are bad?
Just checked that it is just flux. There are two of those resistors I took a picture of the good one. The other has lost part of its outer shell but still measures good 1k4. Should I just leave it?
Defiantly 1k5 ohm but must be exact wattage. Because it is probably a fuse. That's why I was concerned about getting it wrong. How about this.

If its mate is not open it's almost definitely not a fusible resistor. (Is it identified as such in the schematic?) I would replace the damaged one having determined the failure that caused it to overheat in the first place and crack the ceramic coating.
Neither are open they both read good the damage seems to have been done by the adhesive they smeared on it.
Well that's actually good news, but I would definitely replace the damaged resistor with a new one. It looks like a pretty generic metal oxide type.
