I didn't see any place where i can contact a moderator and every time i get here i just have to scrool down countless pages to find an available online moderator.
I'd like a topic deleted by a moderator cause i'm going to launch another one on the same subjects as the previous one had no reply anyway and the new one will be a bit better.

Actually, this is not the way to do it. On debian.forums.net users can always edit their posts as there is no time barring. This is somewhat extreme for what you need, only the first post needs to be edited together with the thread's name. The administration of this forum can solve this issue by allowing users to edit their first post together with the thread's title when there are no replies to the thread.
On forums.debian.net users can also delete the first post killing the thread. This holds if there are no replies to the thread. Deleting the first opening post with replies does not promote a readable forum and is considered rude by most users.
